- Hardware is warrantied for 10 years.
- Glass clarity is NOT warrantied. If you are concerned about the cleanliness of your glass, please contact us for shower glass treatment options.
Does SGO install framed showers?
No, we only install frameless showers, because framed showers tend to get tired looking after a few years.
How long will the fabrication of my shower take?
Your shower glass order is started once we receive a deposit of 50%. From there, it takes about two weeks to get your shower glass installed. Rush orders are possible to be installed in 1 week upon request.
The actual installation time of your shower depends on how many panels of glass we are installing. In general, we allocate 1 hour for every panel of glass.
For example, a 3-piece shower (3 panels) would take approx 3 hours.
Can you remove my old shower enclosure and replace it with a frameless?
In most cases, yes! There are some issues to consider when converting, but your glass consultant can go over those options with you.
Can SGO install frameless shower doors on my fiberglass shower?
No, your shower needs to be tiled or have a solid surface – marble, granite, etc.
Does my shower have to have structure behind the tile for the shower door?
Yes, if you want the shower door hinges installed on the wall as opposed to glass to glass hinges, then there must be structure behind the surface to screw into.
